Why always Poloniex, we have other big exchanges, ICN is not on any Chinese exchange presently, there is need to expose this project to other markets
I think the Chinese are not into these type of investment. ICN will most probably be accepted to the places like NY, Tokyo and London where fiat traders are based. Its where Forex sessions are.
