yeah zcash is dumped because the block need to reach its full reward, so it will remain at worst around 0.1 imho, which is still good and way above zclassic, i would not go too much in the 20% dev fee because in the end no one care, look at ethereum even there was a huge premine but none cared and the marketcap is huge
