DELAY IN 6 MINS BEFORE BET IS IT NORMAL FOR YOU?
It is not blockchain problem it is YOUR SITE PROBLEM.

How did you send the bitcoin when you made the bet? I know its normal for the site to have delays anywhere from 1 second to 10 seconds but 6 minutes is definately not normal. Did it print on the blockchain when you sent the bet ?

our rules is that if the transaction that have 0.0002 below fee, the transaction will be processed after 1 confirmation.
and above the bet had 0.0002 fee. but on our system , the fee became accepted as an 0.000199999 btc.
so the bet was processed after 1 confirmation .
we think that it is our system problem .
so we fixed the problem, and we refunded for that.
