Does anyone know if ICN dividends will be received directly into myetherwallet ? I keep my ICN in myetherwallet.

Yes it does, Even If you want for leaving your coin in there, you will get a definite thing for receiving your dividend. But never hold your token in the exchange wallet. or you will never get a dividend for that. You can read more about it at ICONOMI whitepaper or watch his AMA yesterday.
This already clear with the team statement.

I think that is the reason why exchanges like bittrex and polo can't add ICN on their list due to these dividend issue. If ICONOMI sends weekly dividends to ICN holders, the exchanges has to send ETH for them.

I don't think so. Why should kraken be able to send dividends and polo and bittrex don't? They all got ETH listed.

My best answer to this question would be the fact it take "gas" to send your tokens to your wallet so exchanges are probably trying to find out a way to incorporate an "icn" fee that add to the eth gas fee. I believe some exchanges do not want to charge double the fee, but I may be completely incorrect.
