I think they give a tagline that they choose house edge is zero or negative I think it was just to attract the players to want play  on their site, because if the house edge on their site real zero certainly their gambling site have lost because players would always win right ?
Nopes. Not right. 0% house edge or even negative house edge does not ever mean that players will always win. House Edge just indicates the probability of win over a very long term. In short term, it is plain luck... always.

so I think there is no stupid gambling sites that actually give a zero on the edge of their gambling sites, come on dude gambling will definitely give the risk of losing
Looks like there is as mentioned in the second post of this thread. And no, I dont see any scam in operating on 0% house edge.

BitcoinBetting.website has 0% house edge.
