Nope, price ICO was higher. Why? ETH was higher at ICO day, around 0.014-0.015 and BTC was lower, so ICO price was around 1400-1500satoshis that day imo.

I bought at Liqui.io. https://liqui.io/#/exchange/GNT_BTC Small exchange but works fine and fast (1 confirmation Btc deposit), no silly verification like at poloniex higher levels (tiers). Tiny fast exchange, nothing special but have Golem/Btc pair (yunbi have golem/yuan and it's hard to trade if you ar not from China).
If Bittrex and/or poloniex will add Golem, it will be rise to 100k BTC cap (around 700-800% ico price) so it doesn't matter in long run if you bought at ico price or 2000-3000.
