There's a bot on Reddit that will act as a faucet. If you've got a Reddit account, message user "bitcointip" with "REDEEM KARMA: " in the message text.

If you have more than 100 comment karma, a couple millibits (0.002 BTC + (YOUR KARMA * 0.00000001) BTC) will be sent to a specified address. You can only do this once. Maximum 0.01 BTC. You may use the bitcoin address that the bot gives you or you may use one of your own bitcoin addresses.
