I have been in crypto for more than 2.5 years and know Sasha for around 2 years. I can reassure you that he is top-notch in terms of integrity, credibility and passion for his projects. That's one of the reasons he offered asset swaps during Waves ICO - to satisfy the needs of his old asset holders. The assets not eligible for the swaps will be transferred to Waves once all is in place.
On another node, everything is falling perfectly in place for Incent! We have green light to get started as soon as the ICO is over, read more here >

Which is one of the thing Sasha is not doing along all kinds of others.
Perhaps, I should highlights those views in your thread already that oppose it.
Sasha has indicated that he will buy back assets that are no longer active, or will move them to Waves. He will not profit from investors in discontinued projects. One or two assets such as CoinoIndex require some further thought as a lot has changed since they were launched. Regardless, Incent is using Waves and that's not about to change.
