Be careful of newbies dealing with PP. I'd say don't exchange BTC to paypal at all if possible. At any rate seeing as most BTC- PP deals turns out unsuccessful, I'd recommend you to only deal with members that have previously transacted with other payment methods and have at least a trust score of 20.

I don't think any escrows would escrow a PP deal as well
