Sometimes ticket are not effective since their are tons of message surely they reserve everyday, and i think the best way to send them some message is to message them on their accounts on bitcointalk aswell as you will wait for a mod to chat up and state your problem on their, this issue will surely be resolved he just need to wait for them to response and surely they will do some action so this one will resolved.
