That's been taking a while now. Spamming the thread here won't help much, try to catch one of the mods in chat and ask to forward your problem to Edward. Micro is from support but he can't do anything except forward your problem, he relies on others to do their job.
I explained that he has to wait a bit because admins need to investigate his account.
You will get bonus for waiting if your claim proves to be legit.
