Let me tell you something:

Yeah. I created 2 VISA debit cards last week and now, I created new one VISA debit card. The problem is it gets declined whenever I add it to Paypal and when I buy something online (pure debit card - not linked to PP). It has enough funds in it for paypal to verify it. (I've created a ticket to paypal about it.) Overall the website is great, and this is just the error that I've encountered and I think this is just temporary (I'll try again tomorrow) .

Suggestions:

My name is too long and because of it the graphic design of the visa virtual debit card gets a glitch. Name is connected to, and covers the cvv code and it's just unpleasant to my eyes. Hopes this will be fixed soon !

I would highly recommend you to use this if you don't have a bank account or if you just want to buy something online when you only got BTC and that's not the MOP of the website from which you would buy from. !
