Maybe when bitcoin reaches $10,000 we might see ETC that high. ETC is kind of a joke alt. It's not really gonna see anything that high. 
It's more of a dream now seeing the actual status of the ETH network, the presence of ETC, other more attractive projects (Monero, Waves, Dash, Augur...) but who really know ? no one is sure of what will happen and that's the beauty of cryptos.
