What Micro said is clear that your account is in investigation, when they need to investigate an account means that they notice for something unusual. Of course they should hold the money before while they are investigating an account. When everything is OK then you will get your money, even Micro promised bonus for you. So if you think that you are legit player, then you should not worry about this issue. Indeed waiting is suck, but I think it is worth enough to wait for your money + bonus.
If primedice give me option, first choice is even if they send me 1 BTC as bonus + my money but they'll send it later and not sure when they will send it.

Based on Micro post, I guess Micro has explained to him what is happening to his account. See Micro said "if your claim proves to be legit", it means that he claims something about his account. So I think there is a discussion between them, which should be about the real reason why his account need to be investigated. PD is professional, I doubt they will hold player's withdrawal without giving any reasons.
What Micro explain to me from email is same as here, that i have to wait because admin have to check it. My claim is just my pending withdraw. My deposit + my profit, which is my profit only about 5% from my deposit.
There is only one reply from Micro from email, and the reply is "Hey, I am not sure yet waiting on admins to check it up. " His reply my question how long i have to wait. And the other is in here, on bitcointalk. Thats it.
But the fact is primedice hold my withdrawal without giving any reasons. And this the fact and i can prove it. And primedice cannot prove it if they give me reason, the only one reason is i have to wait because admin have to investigate my account. But after that there is a question, why admin have to investigate my account? because there is something unusual. After that there is another question, What is that?
Well recently someone made a scam accusation that he couldn't withdraw his coins from the site and they did send him half of his balance (40 btc) but after investigating the users actions on the site they found out he had a way to cheat the system (this happened after the launch of PD4).
I'm not saying you did something like that, but once an account gets a red flag there must be some reason why they are being cautious.
I hope it will be fixed soon. I play on PD for 1,5 years now and never had a problem like this. So I'm curious now as well what is going on.
