Hello, I've used the service dozens of times, never an issue, but yesterday I sent about $800 in Maid for Monero. Was sent on time, got a very cryptic "Failed" error.
Now it's been 8 hours and I haven't received Maid nor Monero.
Created a ticket yesterday, I know it's Saturday, but could you take a look soon?
