What are the concerns with medical records on the block chain and Protected health information?
Privacy is a much greater concern in the developed world than in the developing world. Take a country in Africa, where the problem is delivering care effectively, with the records of past treatments per patient. There is less of a concern about privacy because people are dying, and the infrastructure is a patch work of efforts across possibly a number of NGOs and government programs.
Our focus is on ensuring doctors have the information they need to treat an individual. Privacy is important, but secondary.
