hi guys it happeed again

this transaction i have sent yesterday has  still 0 confirmations... more than 24hours passed ... fee seems quite enough.... any issue?

it seems im not the only one with stuck transaction... what are this issues ? why are they happening ? seems it comes a period that transactions are not being forwarded correctly by the network... why so ?
