Regarding your reward/timer 800-1200 satoshi per 4 hours I can say you will be one of the best paying faucets,but it is hard for me to imagine that you will be able to maintain this values for a long time.
On the other side your referral commission of 1% and 2% is to low,4% and 8% have some sense on such high reward you will offer.I like you have levels for referrals,they depend of what factors?
Vip upgrade is nice possibility but I see different rates,some explanation about it?Also is this VIP upgrade permanently or on a monthly basis?
Personally I do not like minimum withdraw,many time I lost all accumulated balance so I more prefer direct payment,but I will try your site when it is launched.
The VIP feature is on monthly basis.
Also, dont worry about payouts.
It will be managed from Facebook groups and Pools.
User will get thr payouts on time.
