I am new here and this is my first post. I wanted to buy 0.5btc, I will pay cash and it will have to be in person because I don't want to be scammed on my first purchase here.
I am in gurgaon (Delhi/NCR).

I am willing to pay the exchange rate; which, given the new notes is quite a premium.
