It's definitely not going to reach that in one month . I understand that halving block reward effect start to take its place but that doesn't mean the price should sky rocket in a short period of time.
I say we could reach that amount but only after having SegWit full activated + Lightning network with it. (2017)
I think so, we won't see the price cross the barrier in 1 month. Looking at recently price fluctuate and news about bitcoin development, consider many factors that could affect bitcoin price and rule out negative factors such as hacked or gov regulations which could adverse, bitcoin may reach $1000 in the next year maybe in June or July, we may achieve that price if bitcoin constantly rise.
