Why don't any of the 'weed coins' have anon?

I wanted to do this idea but the problem will always be the exchange rate. No one will be able to decide on a good rate between coins. Maybe someone just has to do it and then you get what you get. The second problem is the technology that's out right now sucks pretty bad. I'd need smart contracts + a content delivery network to build anything useful. I'm looking at the RChain code base right now since it will have those features but it won't be ready until maybe Sept. 2017.

Established market priceNo, CryptoNote not "sucks pretty bad" right now. Some technology options are further advanced than Bitcoin like adaptive limits, very high transactions capacity, ASIC resistant proof of work ...
Do you really need smart contract + a content delivery network to build anything useful for the Cannabis Industry? I think it should be a primary store of value, secured, privacy protected, decentralized. Smart contracts is a cool stuff but not so good for storing value, you know what I mean, also too "expensive".
Honestly, this sounds pretty good. I hate new weed coins but CryptoNight is anonymous... so that's actually really good.
