Your attitude is awful.

1: You were given plenty of notice re: swap.
2: You missed the swap.
3: Shift team offer to help.
4: You get annoyed and suggest they are scammers because they're not working to your expectations.

I cannot go to the bank and change old notes if I miss the swap.

The fact that they have offered to swap coins manually for those that missed is something I have not seen before by any team.
