when will card be operatioonal again, i wanted nto purchase something but it wont work

We are currently experiencing problems on the card vendor side.Please do not use your Advanced Cash cards for ATM and shopping transactions at the moment. According to our card vendor, there are certain third party system outages that prevent normal transaction completion. You may also encounter errors while trying to perform card-related operations inside your account, including creating new cards. We are monitoring the situation and will be updating you as it develops.
