Paper money still exist in the future even dihital currency would ve more popular because not all people can have this decentralized currency that is ehy paper money is much usable to them for daily needs.
It depends. If we can promote bitcoin and spread it worldwide then there isn't really much of a use for paper currency, especially when they are issued by a government and costing them so much to issue.
Governments could even move onto cryptocurrencies themselves, to save the printing fees.
"Printing money" is mostly used as a metaphor. Governments are already moving from paper money into digital. I mean digital fiat, and not cryptocurrencies as you might think. Cash (including paper bills and specie) accounts only for a tiny part of all money circulating in the economy. And what's more, even the money issued by the government itself (or central bank like the Fed if it is a separate entity) is only part of all money and money derivatives used as money in the economy...
Needless to say that "printing" such money costs next to nothing
i agree with you and promoting crytocurrencies will help our wonderful mother earth to be saved because it will reduced the cutting of trees . because we all know that paper is came from trees and many trees has been cutoff because of producing paper. thats why they recycling the paper to create a paper again but our paper money use special paper which usually different from a normal paper.
Paper money is typically made from cotton, not wood
