No, you don't get access to a full bank account in your name plus you only access the card's services through the interface of the service you chose. If you're talking about
bank grade security though, I admitedly don't know. It surely has to be more insured than letting your bitcoins sit in the wallet of a service that you have no direct control on.
When getting a card from the OP list with an IBAN attached to it, can you withdraw PayPal to it?
Are you referring to a specific card?
Not at all, just any service that offers card with iban. I think viabuy does this. Do you think it is possible to withdraw paypal money to it?
