Dear Inchain Investors,


I am the third party escrow responsible for the Inchain ICO. Unfortunately, the minimum amount wasn't reached, and your ETHs will be returned to you.


The terms for the refund are as follows:
- Refund amount calculated as value sent to the escrow contract minus an escrow fee.
- Escrow fee flat at 1.5% of value deposited.
- Up to $30 discount on escrow fee per investor(unique email), if participating in a survey.


The estimated schedule is:
- Send out emails to verify refund addresses of all ETH investors till Friday, Dec 2nd, 2016.
- Invites to survey till Friday, Dec 2nd, 2016.
- Deploy, document, and open refund contract latest Friday, Dec 9th, 2016.
- Close refund contract, withdraw escrow fees at 1PM CET, Friday, Dec 23rd, 2016.
