Yes, however keep in mind that you have to post a fair amount of posts outside of those as well (as stated in OP). Generally, for people that show to be genuine or trusted I usually hand out a warning regarding this before blacklisting them.
I understand! Personally i post a lot on the italian board because of guides and tutorials that i've posted, to give support to users. Of course i'll try to expand as much as I can the boards to comply within the rules.
