This is only China who has billions number of Bitcoin user because here in this country the cost of electricity spent is very low so it is very easy to mine Bitcoin through hardware Bitcoin miner .
First i doubt that bitcoin users around the world reach billions how much more in china? LOL. In some ways since you were talking about billions and china yes apparently now they were gaining billions and i guess that it was only for their mining portion in the whole bitcoin transaction.
