Ethereum escrow fees is much less than that of Bitcoin.
I like the refund process for Ethereum. It is well planned.

Do Ethereum investors need to send you pm for verification process? (As in Bitcoin refund process)
no need for pm, it will go like this:
- You have control over the private key you used to fund the ICO? just send tx to refund contract, similar to The DAO refund.
- You have control over the private key you used to fund the ICO? You also want the discount? Wait for email.
- You do NOT have control over the private key you used to fund the ICO? Wait for email.
Bitcoin escrow said that escrow don't take information about refund addresses from the ico company. They take information from Inchain, the whole purpose of escrow is destroyed .
So, how would you manage email addresses?

I use tx data (sender, amount) from the escrow contract. For the discount/alternative refund addr/survey I need an email. I will use the data from Inchain if I may, alternatively, you can send me a signed message with your email.
