Newbie to posting, but a lurker here for a long time.
Just wanted to briefly confirm that this card DOES work for setting up both PayPal and AWS accounts (my main reason for getting the card).
It DOES NOT work for 1&1, Microsoft Azure, SoftLayer trials.
Great card, interface and service. Easy setup. Thank you!
Edited to add: Some of these trials that did not work for me might work for you, however. I'm in Asia, and some of these companies are not asia-friendly with regard to trials.

I tried this service yesterday, created a VCC, topped it up with 3$ and tried linking it to my paypal account, and it gets declined everytime i try to link it.
Would love to get some help from the administrators couse paypal says something is wrong in the card issuers side.
