Fixed, read the posts https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?PHPSESSID=d83foassmcttbpvb4g1704r982&topic=54693.msg651989#msg651989 basically delete these files:
C:\Windows\System32\amdocl64.dll
C:\Windows\System32\amdoclcl64.dll
C:\Windows\System32\OpenCL.dll
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\amdocl.dll
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\amdoclcl.dll
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\OpenCL.dll

and re install the sdk v2.5, or download the zip file linked above and extract the files in to the directories.
