No, I don't think that they care about bitcoin... I am also thinking that it has almost no effect in the economy of the country except if everyone is using it and not paying tax anymore in the government...The only thing that possibly could ban bitcoin in a country is the rampant use of it by the citizens in illegal activities... The more that it happens, the more pressure the users of it in a certain country will face...
