Sure let me explain mate, please check the withdraw page you will see my last withdrawal has been cancelled, and on the chat they says we can't help we've transferred it to the security department please wait 1 days for response, i've waited 3 days now but no responses, i've emailed them as well and they ignore.
I also seen on other btc forum that 2 other people complain, i'll message them to show proofs here as well!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE IF YOU BET 0.1+ BTC!!

So funny in the post of the admin 2 messages above i'm on the list of the most proifts players (numb 17) but they don't let me withdraw so hilarious!
