There are no plans to pay bounties in BTC. Bounties are to be paid in TIME. Thank you for your interest in the project!
Most of those who were on inchain back then weren't paid with their bounties as the crowdfunding failed. Thus the reason they now prefer BTC.
This project goes live eventually since there is no target amount for its marketcap right?
