If yes, treat it as a lesson: Don't do that anymore! Create new email address that you can treat as an "emergency" (something like spam folder)

About bots : for registration and validate email's accounts with similar to the real people do not need to have a high skill in C# or C++. However, registration will repel the average user who uses faucets and faucet owners gonna lose their traffic.
