Assuming that i have lost my computer but i own a backup copy of Web Data & Login Data from Chrome browser, is there a way to recover my password and my browsing history from those files?

I absolutely need to recover some accounts password that i saved in my browser and now i cannot remember! Also i need the browsing history cause i don't remember the exact urls of some website i created those accounts at.

So the main question is:

How to recover Chrome browser passwords and history from Web Data and Login Data files?

Is there a way to do this?
