Should this qualify for a bonus when he is paying others to retweet?
You are the manager of this campaign, so you have the right to take any decision about this campaign. BTW, personally, I feel that he shouldn't be eligible for the bonus since his tweet has not attracted the people, but had forced them to retweet his tweet just to earn few cents. So, it would be totally unfair for the participants who had really tried hard to attract people by making quality tweets. Thats just my opinion, anyway.
Talking about the games and round thread I closed the thread as soon as people were complain about escrow or something.I hardly got maybe 2 retweets from that thread.

It's up to you, the tweet has original content and i just checked today that i got more retweets than any other tweets
