A single Radeon Pro Duo produce 1000 H/s and uses 300W
It cost about 1200 USD here in Denmark

This Zcash-Equinox is not a bad start for someone that has no idea regarding mining
It has other problems sure but the ratio Hashing/Cost is not far from a RIG with x5 480's
