If you say that Blacks are the least intelligent people I would want to know on which basis? Definitely not on the basis of pictures you posted there because everywhere in the world there are slums and there are cities. But I also want you to also separate and also be more specific. Are you referring to "BLACKS" in Africa or "BLACKS" anywhere in the world because those pictures are definitely in Africa.

And what will you say about the Blacks that have helped build the systems of the world or the ones that have fought on the side of the Whites or the one that is leading the "FREE WORLD" now etc...
