I have the same problem of the guy who said that sent from an exchange before the rules were posted here (on btctalk).

I have the btc transaction, the data inside the account of inchain, i sent an email to sebastianju and a pm... i'm waiting an answer.
Before, i wrote also to the inchain support from the site, but no answer after the end of the ico.

I hope my refund come soon...
