That's what I'm taking about. The Singaporean positive eugenics experience should be spread across the world before it's too late. The point of it is to stimulate people with high IQ/good edu make more children and limit ones with low IQ/bad education. Unfortunately nowadays this is absolutely not acceptable for the Western world as it's considered "totally discriminative, racist and bigot".
There is only one solution for this. The low IQ people must be sterilized after just one birth per couple. They should not be allowed to make dozens of children each.
