We just hit and crossed 20,000 blocks so we should know be getting the full emission rate of 12.5 ZEC per block.
This should hopefully reflect in the mining rewards
after that DEV reward of Zcash is 0% This should hopefully reflect in the mining rewards
If I remember correctly for the next four years 20% of each block is given to the devs to be shared among them and the investors.
