Gambling vs Betting? Do you mean to compare them?
I confuse because I think Gambling and Betting are just a same things.
Gambling is a game which need a money on it, and Betting is when you place your money in Gambling.
I too think both are same thing, to me the whole process from start to end is being called gambling while betting is the amount you risk/put in one time, for example some time we say that while playing gambling I play some big bets more that 1 bitcoin each.
In other simple words : betting is sub set of gambling.
There might be some problem with how the OP construct his sentence but it does not need a genius to figure out what he is trying to say. Some one had guessed that what the OP is talking about is gambling games like dice, slots, roulette, poker, blackjack and other Casino gambling games other than sports betting.
And to answer OP, I never gone to sports betting only, i still play games in the casino sometimes because this two have different level of entertainment. And sometimes I'd rather experience the fun in playing casino games and sometime sports betting.
