Re: How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ?

i am getting addicted to gambling.And i am loosing a lot of money.I am loosing what i can't afford to lose.its sad that when you start loosing its just busted me again and again.at last i gamble for fun but now when i am getting addicted i am loosing too much.

Any suggestions are welcome

Just try entertain yourself by reading books, watching tv, go play outsite and the best tips that I can suggest to you is just try to disconnect your internet for one months or don't go or read to any thread/posts that related to gambling, focus your mind calm yourself dude, just like you said gambling is fun but if you overdose it you might turn to addicted.

trying to disconnect the connection will not help because for sure it will really hard for us to do it, nowadays, we cannot live without internet. So, I don't think that it will be very effective, having some other things to do outside will help. Like playing in arcade or go to a joyride. Just make sure that you can really enjoy what you will do outside to forget gambling.

That won't help either and even you will block the gambling sites will not help either unless you are not the one that will do that.

But making yourself enjoy with other things will gonna help you out to stay away from gambling sites.

It can also help to have some games with xbox and do play with it.
