You can not panic. Panic can lead to very unpleasant consequences, when carelessly to sell its assets at an unfavorable price. By investing should be approached wisely.
I think the panic is a natural thing happens to every user, because all users know the inherent risks in bitcoin, fluctuations make everyone always alert when the price drops, of course patience must also be held so that no one panicked

It is natural to those who lack confidence with the holding they had.  If a person trust his trades, then he won't budge the moment he saw price going down.  Another case is, he will try to sell half of it then buy more when the price gone way lower (smart trading).  During the dips, we could hardly tell whether all sellers just panic sells or  it is mixed with wise trader taking advantage of the scenario.

I could consider those who getting trolled by fudders and blindly trust it without even doing some analyzation to prove their words and end up selling their coins were also panic sellers. though sometimes being panic is needed when the price is just about to fall and may increase the selling trends

I can describe them as people who does not have full confidence (probably lack of knowledge) on what they are doing (panic seller).
