Based on the above users experience all their cases have been successfully resolved and I don't see why yours shouldn't be soon as well. Sometimes patience is required. People say that it is a virtue too in life
All in all, they are paying on time for their sig campaign. And that is already a pretty big amount per week.
How can you say that it was been resolved already? Does he said that he already get what he want and got the right answer for his claim? Well i think no, sig campaign is no assurance for their legitimacy and maybe they are using the players money so they can continue to advertise aswell as they can get many player from this doing, but lets wait for the dev to answer and bandage this issue and let see how does it run to get some good response from them.
