Based on last few matches in Serie A, I think Inter have higher chance to win than Napoli. In Napoli last two home games, they just got draw results against Lazio and Sassuolo, so double chance draw or away for this match will be fair and safe pick IMHO.
I think Napoli vs Inter Milan big match which team has more focus in a match I think can win in a match. Both team have same chance to win in this match but I think Napoli can win in this match. Full time I thin napoli will win 1-0.
Napoli have been getting unstable performance since the Milik's injury, which they still cant find the suitable forward to replace him. In the other side, Inter seems starting to find their good performance after fired Frank de Boer, which they won 2 of 3 games and got 1 draw. Beside that, Ivan Perisic likely will play as starting player after suspended in previous match against Fiorentina.
