With this current value 755 USD, I guess there are some people this time that were totally panick selling, and of course as a cycle will buy again because it will dump for sure. But its really great that price now become stable than last months @700 Grin

People will sell but it's not going to be a panic selling, though the price is already high now it can still rise before the end of the year. It has been very stable so far and I can say there would be no more price fall back that's going to happen at least this year.

Investors should have a great christmas as it's profitable so far this year.

I agree on this. Many would surely sell at this levels, partly maybe because they have made profits already. That can't be considered panic selling, that is just profit taking. Panic selling is when you are forced to sell, even at a loss, as a knee jerk reaction to the prices that are going down quickly.

But when you are planning for huge profits and due to sudden drastic changes if you sell with the lesser profits, that also will be included under panic selling scenarios. When we are deviating from our predetermined plans and exiting market due to panic will be covered regardless of profits or losses incurred from that deal.

I guess it is not so straightforward

If you close your positions in panic, I think that should count as panic selling, even if you are closing it with profits (as you said yourself). Though I don't really see any reason why you might be in panic then. You might be disappointed and frustrated but certainly not panicking. On the other hand, if you are suffering losses and close your position cold-blooded and with a firm hand, that shouldn't count toward panic selling. In this way, panic selling is more about selling your coins when you are filled with horror, fear and shock, and most other players feel essentially the same
