I think he is talking about account generator in this forum that can make a large number of bitcointalk account.. I think there is no apps or software that can generate bitcointalk account here in our forum .. but you can buy them id there is someone are selling there account in digital goods..
Why don't you try to create your own and why do you need many accounts?

There is no such thing as an "account generator" here. If you want accounts, you have create them yourself.
