has anyone noticed there is a pattern to when the newsletter is released, EXP wallets get frozen on Polo?

I think there is a real need for a decentralized exchange.

ya they work now, but down too much on certain dates. they either need to stop doing this crap, or we need to support a more reliable exchange.
